ABOUT THE HOUSE
Villa Narechen is a 200 year old traditional Bulgarian farm house , that has been lovingly restored by its owners. Positioned at the edge of the village of Narechen, half way on a mountain slope and with breath taking views. This is the ideal place to disconnect from the everyday demands of life and reconnect with nature.
The Space
Lovingly restored 200 years old traditional Bulgarian village house. Two bright bedrooms on the second floor and a nice large balcony. Ground floor consists of the living and dining area. Every room has been designed with the guest's comfort in mind and we have included a lot of interesting design twists.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dish washer, new cooking hob and a top range oven as well as refrigerator. All the cooking utilities are provided if you'd like to put your Master Chef hat on.
There are plenty of relaxation areas - on the balcony, outside in the garden ( sun loungers are available) and the lovely covered BBQ area.
We would like to invite you to a movie night (there is a projector and a screen available ) inside in the living room during colder days and in the BBQ area for those warm summer evenings.
If music is more of your thing there is a record player in the living room. with a selection of vinyls.There is of course a TV with over 100 channels as well as very good WIFI.
Should you need a kick start in the morning our Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen is stocked with sustainable and recyclable coffee capsules.
All toiletries and basics are of course provided, plus a special something to help you refresh or switch off. All our products are from Althea Organics.

Please note there are stairs (steep and long) leading to and from the house, as well as a pathway.

Bachkovo Tour
We recommend visiting the Bachkovo Monestery.
Cultural Sites
A visit to Asenova Krepost (Fort) is a must. From there walk down the ancient roman roads or swing by to Asenovgrad for a lunch by the river.
Horse Riding
There is horse riding available in a near by village and we will be happy to organise it for you.
Leisure Activities
Our BBQ and garden are inviting enough,with sun loungers and comfortable garden furniture.Once you are back on the main road you can walk directly into the forest. You are in the heart of the Rodopi, so there is plenty of hiking and waterfalls to visit nearby.

Walks And Waterfalls
There are many eco-trails and tourist routes that start from the mineral fountains in the park - a traditional starting point for hiking: Eye Spring, Chapel "St. Nikola ”- The Eye Spring, The Eye Spring - Kosovo, along the Chaya River near Narechen.
Two of the most memorable waterfalls in Rodopi are also nearby -Slivodolsko Padalo and Bachkovo Waterfalls.
